This interactive lecture showcases some of the key findings from the edited volume, Race, Work, and Leadership and the Harvard Business Review Big Idea series: “Toward a Racially Just Workforce” that chronicles the systemic challenges that underrepresented individuals face in ascending in their careers but also showcases the resiliency, strength, and character of these same executives as they navigate an often difficult and unwelcoming terrain.
