Overview of Past Sessions
Summer Development Series: Interviewing For Success
Thank you to everyone who joined us for “Interviewing for Success” with Cheryl Bethune, Vice President Total Rewards, General Mills; Calvin Blackmon, Talent Acquisition Manager, 3PL Brokerage; Victoria Quarterman, President and CEO, QTalent; and Soheil “Soh” Saeed, Talent Acquisition Manager, General Mills as they did a deep dive into the interview process (Before, During, and After). Our presenters did an outstanding job of pulling back the curtain on the interviewing and recruiting process and allowing attendees to peer in! The break out sessions created a more intimate forum pose and workshop key topics directly with the Executive Recruiters. We did not include the breakouts in the recording to maintain confidentiality and openness; however, we did record and share the panel discussion and wrap up which can be viewed on demand from our YouTube Channel using the link below.
Summer Development Series: Growing Away
This panel discussion discusses the challenges that many members of our community face by having to leave their family, friends, and community to venture off in search of career success. This was a honest and transparent discussion on a topic that impacts many of us, but we find in uncomfortable to verbalize. For that reason, we elected not to record this session
Summer Development Series: How You Doing?
Thanks for registering for “How You Doing”. Dr. Tai did an amazing job of framing Mental Health through stages, helping you identify your stage, determining what to do to improve your stage, and providing strategies to increase your Psychological Fortitude (protective armor).
